In response to the ruling party’s critical offensive, Candidate Song countered, “I think it’s necessary to think about how to actually do the Gangbuk infrastructure rather than the time to say such useless things.” He said, “As you know, Gangnam-gu and Seocho-gu have 64% of the intersections of subway stations, but Nowon-gu, Dobong-gu, and Gangbuk-gu, which are called ‘No-Do-Gang’, have very weak infrastructure at 14%.
