The payment of 9.5 million that Natalia Valdebenito received from the Municipality of San Miguel continues to make people talk in the world of entertainment, and on this occasion Paty Maldonado and Cata Pulido made an analysis of this issue.
In the last broadcast of “the indomitable“, the opinionologist and the actress referred with harsh words to the show that the comedian presented in the commune, which led to a complaint in the Comptroller General of the Republic because Valdebenito’s mother works in that municipality, however, the agency dismissed any irregularity.
“Valdebenito has been a woman, not irreverent, she has been spicy. She has been of incalculable arrogance, she has been of an impressive carajismo. She talks about equal rights… No one can understand that the municipality pays her 9.5 million plus VAT, for a one-hour show in San Miguel, ”Paty Maldonado launched from the outset.
“I tell the shot that the times are not here to pay that money. Friend, I say this from experience, I have been involved in the show for 60 years. Ten years ago there was twice as much money, not today, ”she explained.
“A la Valdebenito, nine and a half million, rare. Second, because of those things in life, I’m not saying if he’s connected or not, but it’s funny, his mom works there, weird. The hue is suspicious… I am not confirming anything. I’m just saying that the hue is suspicious… And three, there were cheaper budgets from other people,” said Paty Maldonado.
For his part, Pulido also wanted to contribute to the conversation by criticizing the high price that Valdebenito took: “In addition, if you have so much passion to change this country, the inequalities of social rights really affect you so much, you are so feminist, you are so favor of the people, do you have the moral to collect that money? In fact, I would have done it for free. In other words, for my country and for my people I do it for free,” the actress ironized.
“Look, each one charges what they deem appropriate, each one is the owner of setting the price for their functions, but where is the doubt; Why does the Comptroller want to audit that money, what happened to that money, where did it go, for a reason they sank their teeth,” added Paty.
“The comptroller’s ruling came out saying that there was no interference in the mother of this woman, nor in the hiring of the show. I have my doubts with the comptroller, ”said Cata Pulido after assuring that he does not know how this figure works.
Valdebenito did not remain silent and explained the situation on his radio program “Café con Nata”: “The only thing I am going to say and why I am going to say it is for my mother, not for me… A person from the political sector who I clearly do not belong, he made this complaint for my hiring, as if to say that there was something strange because my mother works in that place, “he said.
“My mother has nothing to do with the people who hired me. She does not work at the Cultural Corporation and the opinion clarifies everything, ”added the comedian, according to her ElDinamo.cl.
“There is nothing strange. I don’t see the conflict of interest. I have worked on a lot of things and believe me that from La Reina on down I have worked in all the municipalities… I tell my family that I am fine and I tell my mother that I admire her very much for being a great public servant. Not with my mother, less with her irreproachable behavior, ”she defended her parent Valdebenito.
