More smart kiosks have been installed for RTA services in Dubai. 28 services of the Road Transport Authority will be made available through smart kiosks. 32 smart kiosks have been installed at 21 locations in Dubai city.
28 services like licensing, driving, parking, nolcard etc. will be made available through smart kiosks. Smart kiosks will be available 24 hours a day. Kiosks are set up in such a way that they can be easily used by the differently abled.
Payment can be made by credit card or in person. Kiosks will also be available at RTA’s main office, customer happiness centers, etc. RTA has started smart kiosks from 2021. Now kiosks with more facilities are being installed.
