Several cows died when a truck that was transporting them caught fire on Route 17, in the jurisdiction of the town of La Puerta, in the Río Primero department, according to reports from the Police.
The event happened around 1:30 p.m. at kilometer 154 when a Mercedes-Benz truck caught fire and the animals died. The driver was uninjured.
