On Tuesday 25 April, the European Parliament is expected to adopt its amended version of the draft directive on sustainable corporate governance, which the Commission had presented a year earlier. It remains, ten years following the Rana Plaza tragedy, to agree the positions between the Twenty-Seven Member States of the EU and the European Parliament.
