Corporate duty of vigilance: Europeans are not yet at the end of the road

On Tuesday 25 April, the European Parliament is expected to adopt its amended version of the draft directive on sustainable corporate governance, which the Commission had presented a year earlier. It remains, ten years after the Rana Plaza tragedy, to agree the positions between the Twenty-Seven Member States of the EU and the European Parliament.
