A number of families of the victims of the “peace session” massacre in Hadayek al-Qubba buried the bodies of the victims this evening, from the Al-Rahman Mosque in the Hadaeq al-Qubba area.

The funeral of the bodies witnessed the presence of a number of families and friends of the victims, amid the screaming and collapse of the families of the victims.

The Hadayek al-Qubba Prosecution announced the burial of 3 dead bodies; Following a quarrel between two families on Azzam Street in the Gardens of the Dome neighborhood.

The Public Prosecution ordered the preparation of an initial examination report of the apparent injuries of the victims to indicate the cause of death after the autopsy was performed by the forensic doctor.

The security cameras around the crime were seized by the detectives, to reveal the circumstances of the incident.

Security sources told “Masrawy” that the two sides of the quarrel have had old differences for years, and there are some judicial rulings issued against people from both families.

She referred to the intervention of some mediators to try to reconcile the two families and settle the dispute between them, provided that the cases filed by each party are waived against the other.

She continued: During the reconciliation session that was agreed upon, a verbal altercation occurred between the two parties, which turned into a quarrel with knives, and resulted in the killing of 3 people, including two brothers and a third victim, while 3 others were injured.

And the security services in Cairo set up special missions to arrest those accused of committing the “peace session” massacre in Hadayek al-Qubba.

The incident started when the Hadayek al-Qubba Police Department received a notification of a quarrel that erupted between two families, and a number of victims occurred.

By moving and examining, it was found that a quarrel broke out between members of two families during a customary session held by the two parties to relinquish old issues between them, and the dispute intensified, and the quarrel erupted with weapons.

By informing Major General Muhammad Abdullah, the director of the Capital Investigations, he ordered the imposition of control over the two parties, the seizure of the two parties to the quarrel, and the preparation of a report on the incident, and referring them to the Public Prosecution to conduct investigations.
