Cotes d’Armor. Woman dies after wild boar hunt, hit by bullet

The tragedy occurred during a wild boar hunt, in Goudelin, near Guingamp (Cotes-d’Armor), near the village of Gonzolet, this Sunday morning, October 16, 2022. While accompanying a hunter, a 65-year-old woman was seriously injured in the chest by a bullet.

The woman did not survive

The victim, who had been transported in serious condition to the Yves-Le Foll hospital in Saint-Brieuc, did not survive his injuries.

The hunter she was accompanying, in a state of shock, was taken care of by the emergency services in Goudelin.

The public prosecutor arrived at midday. Criminal identification officers are on the scene.
