As you saw at Money in the Bank, John Cena opened a big door during Money In The Bank by hinting that WWE could produce a WrestleMania in London UK. Words that were not followed by any official WWE announcement or date confirmation for future WWE shows in the UK.
Triple H opened up about it in a press conference following Money in the Bank and simply said “never say never” about seeing a WrestleMania in London, and so nothing is really in the projects. At least not those in the short or medium term.
“I’ve been coming here since the 90s and it’s spectacular. My favorite shows and my favorite moments happened here. We were doing Insurrection here and there was always a nice atmosphere. For WrestleMania, it’s difficult. I’d like to say it’s easy and you can do PLE in a lot of places.
But I can say this, if you look at 2023, three of the last four PLEs were international. It’s not a common thing. Only Sold Out shows: Elimination Chamber, Backlash and Night of Champions. We are an international company and we want to continue to be so, never say never. It’s harder than it sounds, but the intention is there. »
It looks like WWE is planning to hold a WrestleMania in London, but there won’t be any concrete announcements anytime soon.
