1,000,000 euros and many intermediate profits with only 4 renewals
The big guaranteed prize of 1,000,000 euros and many intermediate profits, with only 4 renewals, are claimed by the players of the National Lottery with the 259her edition, which are available at OPAP stores throughout Greece. The draws for the new version of the game start next Tuesday.
“The first National draw starts on April 4th, followed by the Second draw on April 19th, followed by the Third draw on May 2nd and concluded with the Fourth draw, from May 15th to 26th. Each draw includes sub-draws on different days, with intermediate winnings. So players have more chances to win with just 4 reloads. In the last draw of each edition, the Megalos Lachnos of 1,000,000 euros is drawn,” emphasizes Ms. Artemis Karadendrou, co-owner of the OPAP store in Dafni, at 6 Papanastasiou Street.
Participation in the game
“The National Lottery is a game in which each player has their own personal number and follows it for as long as they wish,” explains the other co-owner of the OPAP store, Ms. Efmorfia Fardela. Regarding the cost of lottery tickets, he notes: “The lottery tickets are usually sold by the dozen worth 40 euros each, while each piece costs 4 euros. As long as the player’s number or the thousand to which he belongs is not drawn, he can continue in the game with the same number.”
Ms. Karadendrou, adds: “Those players who did not win any amount in the draws of one edition, have the possibility to win a free top-up for the 1st draw of the next one. A necessary condition is that they have an odd or even number ending depending on the ending of the Great Lachnos”.
The lucky OPAP store in Dafni
The OPAP store of Mr. Karadendrou and Fardela has been operating since 2011 and proved particularly lucky for one of the two winners of the 258her edition, which won 500,000 euros in Megalo Lachnos.
“We are very happy that one of the two winners of the previous edition got his hair from our store,” says Ms. Karadendro.
For her part, Ms. Fardella notes: “This is a regular customer of ours, who has been purchasing the same number in the National Lottery for years. This wasn’t the first time we had a big hit in our store, as there was a Joker winner in the past who won €300,000 in the second tier of the game.”
