Unfortunately, Ton Ferreiro was found dead this Friday (12), one week after his disappearance. The information was confirmed by the musician’s wife, Andriele Stephanie.
According to information provided by the Civil Police to the G1 portal, the countryman’s body was found in a vacant lot in the Cajuru I neighborhood, located in the east zone of São José dos Campos. The case remains under investigation.
According to the artist’s wife’s report to the police, Ton went out to sing at an establishment a week ago. The musician would have taken the keyboardist who performs with him home and, at around 4:34 am, he made last contact with his wife. Since then, he has not been seen or heard from.
Andriele also said that she has been the victim of attempted coups since her husband’s disappearance was reported. “In addition to the singer, there is a husband, a son, a brother and especially a father! (…) It’s so sad to see my son crying in secret, wondering if his father will never come back,” she added.
The musician was known in the Vale do Paraíba region, in the interior of São Paulo, and had already had a career in music for over 18 years. Everton da Silva Ferreira leaves behind a wife and four children.
