According to the Administrative Court of Cundinamarca, Hincapié must correct the claim during the next three days, otherwise it will be rejected. Among the flaws in the form of the claim is the lack of annexes of proof of publication, communication, notification or execution of the administrative act demanded.

Furthermore, the Court alleges that the lawsuit was not sent to the defendant, that is, to the chancellor (e) Luis Gilberto Murillo. These flaws are surprising, considering that lawyer Luis Ángel has specialties in procedural, criminal and administrative law.

What the lawyer alleges in his lawsuit is that there would be “an alleged inability to hold public office, in consideration of a criminal conviction that falls on the defendant.”

Why the lawsuit against Luis Gilberto Murillo?

The reason for this lawsuit has to do with the statements of the former Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, José Antonio Salazar, when he assured that Luis Gilberto Murillo was not suitable to hold public office because he had been convicted of the crime of embezzlement.
