Court gives reason to the INE about stopping the dissemination of the proAMLO document signed by governors of Morena The Superior Chamber of the Electoral Court of the Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF) gave the reason to the INEwhich ordered the governments of 18 entities in the country to stop the dissemination of a document through which support for President Andrés Manuel López Obrador was expressed.
During a private session, the Superior Chamber, unanimously, considered that such a document is considered as government propaganda in closed period due to the exercise of mandate revocation.
