Manama, Bahrain- The Central Bank of Bahrain announced that Issue No. 214 (ISIN BH0001SU8440) of the government’s short-term Islamic leasing sukuk issued by the Central Bank of Bahrain on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain has been covered.
The value of the issuance is BD 26 million for a maturity period of 182 days, starting from June 8, 2023 to December 7, 2023. The expected yield of these sukuk is 6.05%, equal to the return rate of the previous issue on May 4, 2023, noting that the issuance has been oversubscribed by 338%.
