.Must be presented as an individual with a valid identity card
. Be 18 years old on or before October 1, 2021
. Ordinary residency in Hong Kong from 1 October 2021 to the date of filing the application
. From October to December 2021, work in Hong Kong for at least one month, with a monthly salary between 2,700 and 30,000 yuan
.Have been unemployed for at least 30 consecutive days prior to filing the claim or
.Due to the tightening of social distancing measures in the fifth wave of the epidemic, furloughed employees of 13 closed premises, restaurants, bars and pubs can also apply

. When applying online, you need to prepare an ID card and upload proof of unemployment, such as a dismissal letter or severance pay records. Applicants need to fill in personal information including mobile phone for receiving SMS, and declare employment status, including work and past income.If the applicant has MPF records, the government can obtain the relevant records directly; if the applicant does not have an MPF account or is self-employed, he must upload his pre-unemployment income and employment certificate, etc.
.MPF only accepts accounts opened before 8 February this year
●Form of disbursement: 3 to 4 weeks after the application, through the 2020 Cash Payout Scheme bank account, or other bank accounts specified in the application; if the applicant does not participate in the Cash Payout Scheme, when he fills out the Temporary Unemployment Support Form online Other accounts can be used, and the proof of the bank account of the recipient must be submitted at the same time, and the account name must be the same as the applicant.

●Abuse prevention measures
.Applicants are required to upload proof of employment or income during the approval process, and the authorities may require the applicant to submit the original for verification
