Jeddah: Today, 79 new Covid patients and 109 recoveries were reported in Saudi Arabia. With this, the total number of Covid cases reported in the country so far has reached 8,12,903 and the number of recoveries has reached 8,00,023. Two new deaths were also reported. With this, the total number of deaths in the country has risen to 9,282.
Currently, 3,598 people are under treatment due to the disease. 53 of them are in critical condition. They continue to receive treatment in intensive care units of various hospitals in the country. The current covid freedom rate in Saudi Arabia is 98.41 percent and the death rate is 1.14 percent. The number of newly reported cases in major cities of the country: Riyadh 24, Jeddah 14, Dammam 7, Madinah, Twaif, Abaha 3 each, Buraida, Makkah, Albaha, Al Khobar, Hufuf, Dhahran 2 each, and 13 elsewhere.
