Director Vinayan says that whoever he feels is the hero, he will bring them to the film. Vinayan’s reaction was at a function held on the occasion of the audio release of Brahmanda film Nineteenth Century. Vinayan said that Siju Wilson is a new star in Malayalam cinema and Siju is going to rise as an action hero.
Vinayan says that Siju learned kalari and horse riding in six months for a 19th century Aratupuzha velayudha panikarawan and when he took off his shirt six months later, he saw a 19th century Aratupuzha velayudha panikare in Siju.
VC Praveen and Baiju Gopalan are the co-producers of Nineteenth Century, which was written by the director himself. Krishnamurthy is the executive producer. Kayadu Lohar is the heroine. The film also stars Anoop Menon, Chemban Vinod, Sudev Nair, Gokulam Gopalan, Vishnu Vinod, Tinitom, Indrans, Raghavan, Alencier, Mustafa, Jafar Idukki.
