The Dallas Cowboys have signed cornerback Xavier Rhodes. The three-time Pro Bowler was released by the Buffalo Bills this week and will be on the Cowboys’ practice squad for the time being. But if Dallas needs him in the playoffs, they might always activate the former Minnesota Vikings and Indianapolis Colts player and add them to the roster.
