Military troops continue deployments in Bolívar state to evict illegal activity in security zones, parks and natural monuments.

Officials of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (Fanb) destroyed an improvised structure used as a camp for illegal mining in El Callao.

According to the information published by General in Chief Domingo Hernández Lárez, strategic operational commander of the Fanb, said structure violated the territorial ordering.

“Venezuela is a democratic State of law and justice,” Hernández Lárez said on social networks.

Military troops continue to be deployed in Bolívar state, complying with defense and environmental protection plans, with the aim of detecting and eliminating illegal mining activity in security zones, parks, and natural monuments.

“According to the current territorial regulation, all types of mining activity that degrades the environment and ecosystems are prohibited,” stressed the strategic operational commander of the Fanb.
