Controlling violators of the work system

The Ministry of Interior announced the seizure of 9,305 violators of residence, work and border security regulations within a week, in all regions of the Kingdom, noting that the penalty for concealers reaches 15 years in prison and a fine of one million riyals.
And the “Interior Ministry” stated, in a statement, that the joint field campaigns to follow up and control violators of the residence, work and border security regulations, which took place in all regions of the Kingdom, during the period from 11/12/1444 AH corresponding to 6/29/2023 AD until 12/17/. 1444 AH corresponding to 7/5/2023 AD, for the following results:
First: The total number of violators caught in the joint security field campaigns in all regions of the Kingdom reached (9305) violators, including (5168) violators of the residency law, (2864) violators of the border security law, and (1273) violators of the labor law.
Second: The total number of those arrested during their attempt to cross the border into the Kingdom reached (699) people, (31%) of whom were Yemeni nationals, (68%) Ethiopian nationals, and (1%) other nationalities, and (53) people were arrested. For trying to cross the border out of the Kingdom in an irregular manner.
Third: (11) persons involved in transporting, harboring and employing violators of residency, work and border security regulations and covering up for them were arrested.
Fourth: The total number of those who are currently subject to regulations enforcement procedures is (33,339) violating expatriates, including (27,600) men and (5,739) women.
Fifth: (25497) violators were referred to their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, (2616) violators were referred to complete their travel reservations, and (5062) violators were deported.
The Ministry of the Interior clarified that this crime is considered one of the major crimes that necessitate arrest and breaches honor and trust, urging to report any cases of violation to the number (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Riyadh and the Eastern Province, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions.
And she emphasized that anyone who facilitates the entry of violators of the border security system to the Kingdom, or transfers them within it, or provides them with shelter, or provides them with any assistance or service in any way, exposes himself to penalties of up to 15 years in prison, a fine of up to one million riyals, and confiscation of the means of transportation. And the housing used for shelter, in addition to defaming it.
