Crazy jump in gold prices today, Saturday, in Egypt

The prices of the yellow metal “gold” jumped today, Saturday 11/26, in Egypt, as the price of a 21-carat gram reached its highest level in its history locally for the first time, recording 1435 for sale, and the price of the gold pound exceeded 11 thousand pounds for the first time, to record 11,480 pounds.

The price of 24 karat today recorded 1,640 pounds without additions after 1,594 pounds, while the price of a gram of 24 karat exceeded: 1700 pounds with workmanship and stamping for some artifacts that cost more time and effort.

Regarding global metal prices, it witnessed stability, as the yellow metal recorded $1,754.68, and the global spot contracts for gold recorded a slight decline, by not more than 0.04%.

Gold prices jumped several times after the Russian-Ukrainian crisis in an unprecedented way, and reached an unexpected level, and the price of a gram of 21 karat gold exceeded 1200 pounds for the first time on Monday, May 9, to surpass it today, recording the highest level in its history, 1435 pounds.
