According to the “Financial Times”, Credit Suisse executives are preparing to file a complaint against Finma. Like some of the bank’s shareholders, they held AT1 bonds, declared void by Finma.
Law firms Quinn Emanuel and Pallas have reportedly been approached by senior Credit Suisse managers from around the world.
