Ahead of the World Cup Cricket warm-up match to be held at Kariyavattam Greenfield Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala Cricket Association representatives held a discussion with Minister V Abdur Rahiman. KCA president Jayesh George handed over the cricket bat signed by the Indian team members to the minister. The warm-up matches will be held at Kariyavatta from 29th to 3rd October. The matches of India, Australia, South Africa, Afghanistan, New Zealand and Netherlands are held in Kariyavatta. The first match is between South Africa and Afghanistan on 29th. India will face the Netherlands on October 3. As soon as the warm-up matches are over, Kariyavattam will be the venue for the India-Australia Twenty20 match. The match is on November 26 at 7 pm.
