25 settlements in Crimea are cut off from electricity. The rampant nature forced the population to evacuate.

According to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, by the night of November 27, 142 people were evacuated. Some moved away from the coast to stay with relatives, while the rest were transported to temporary accommodation centers.

“Due to bad weather, 25 settlements in 10 municipalities were partially cut off from electricity. 78 emergency recovery teams were involved to carry out repair and restoration work,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations added.

Meanwhile, in Sochi, the weather gave the pilots a temporary respite. As reported in the airport channel, planes that left for alternate airfields are returning to Adler.

An operational headquarters has been established at the air harbor “to make all necessary management decisions.”

The wind began to increase over the Black Sea on the afternoon of November 26th. By evening, gusts in some places reached 40 meters per second, and the wave rose to 7–9 meters. In Krasnodar, Odessa, and Crimean cities, wires are being torn, roofs and trees are being demolished.
