According to National Geographic, the river’s low water level made the hippos extremely uncomfortable. Therefore, many great wars broke out between hippos to compete for territory.
Meanwhile, this unlucky crocodile is “stupid” to the point of “engaging” in the middle of a great war between hippos.
That makes it “spoiled” and becomes a target for adult hippos.
It was even bitten on the neck by a rather large male hippo.
With fangs over 30cm long and with a bite force of regarding 1.28 million kg/m2, hippo bites are extremely dangerous for any animal.
Fortunately for this crocodile, however, the hippo had no intention of killing its opponent. Therefore, it can still get rid of the “sword of death”.
However, this will certainly be a “remembering” lesson for this crocodile in “doing no duty and still trying to meddle in other people’s affairs”.
