Cross-State Abortion Case: 9-Year-Old Girl Forced to Travel for a Procedure

According to comprehensive foreign media reports, according to the court indictment, the victim girl was only 9 years old at the time of the crime, and 10 years old when she terminated her pregnancy last summer. In July last year, Gerson Fuentes, a 28-year-old male prisoner from Ohio, admitted to sexually assaulting the girl at least twice during police investigation, but later refused to admit felony rape of a minor.

According to court records in Franklin County, Ohio, Gerson pleaded guilty to two counts of rape on Wednesday (5th) and was sentenced to life imprisonment on the same day, with a minimum of 25 to 30 years in prison before he can apply for parole.
