On the report of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty,

This bill ratifying the ordinance n° 2022-1229 of September 14, 2022 amending the order n° 2021-1735 of December 22, 2021 modernizing the framework relating to crowdfunding and the ordinance n° 2022-230 of February 15, 2022 relating to Titles III to VIII of the legislative part of Book VII of the Monetary and Financial Code, deliberated in the Council of Ministers after consulting the Council of State, will be presented to the Senate by the Minister of the Economy , Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty, who will be responsible for explaining the reasons and supporting the discussion.
