In an embarrassing and unenviable situation, former Spanish player Gerard Pique became angry at a party in a nightclub, where the audience chanted the name of his former partner, the Colombian singer Shakira.

A video clip of the former Barcelona defense star was documented after he went up to the nightclub stage to celebrate the end of the Kings League, but he was surprised by the reaction of the audience, who loudly shouted Shakira’s name.

In turn, Pique addressed harsh words to the audience, after he lost his temper, telling them: “I am the world champion. And you are nothing, go and do something with your life.”

Since Pique’s separation from Shakira, he has been exposed to embarrassing situations from the public, whether he is on the streets or even while attending football or basketball matches, as well as during his tourist trips or relaxing on the sea between people.

And whoever encounters him tries to chant the name of the international singer in an attempt to provoke him because of his betrayal of her with a blonde girl in the twenties, while his reaction is between ignoring at one time, and responding with anger at another.

Cheating with a young blonde

It is noteworthy that Shakira, 45, and Pique, 35, announced their separation in June 2022 after nearly 12 years of engagement, as they met at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

The separation came after the international media was abuzz with news of Pique’s betrayal of his partner with a blonde student in her twenties, which was later confirmed.

The couple has two children, Milan, who was born on January 22, 2013, and Sasha, who was born on January 29, 2015.
