Yet another case that is shocking the population of Samba Caju, Cuanza Norte province. Two girls, aged 7 and 8, were raped by a 17-year-old teenager. The same was detained this Sunday, 12, by the Criminal Investigation Service of that municipality.
The arrest of the accused was possible following a complaint made by the minors’ relatives, noting that they had been abused while swimming in the Zundo River, in the municipality of Samba Caju, where they were surprised by the suspect who, took advantage of the calm of the area to perpetrate the action, according to a note from MININT to which the Kianda’s mail had access.
The note states that the detainee will be presented to the public prosecutor for subsequent procedures.
