Almost exactly a year ago, Musk announced at a presentation of his Cybertruck that the moving truck was waterproof enough to “be able to briefly cross rivers, lakes and even seas.” However, little of this was seen at the official start of sales a few weeks ago, and it was more regarding whether the car was bulletproof.
