César I, 45 years old, father of the corridos tumbados singer El Padrinito Toys, was injured in a shootout, after unknown assailants fired their weapons, causing the mobilization of authorities, who were unable to find those responsible for the attack.

It was the authorities of the Ministry of Public Security who announced that it was the father of the Mexican regional singer, who suffered a gunshot wound to his right arm and shrapnel in different parts of his body, however, was reported as stable.

According to data from the authorities, El Padrinito Toys accompanied his father to receive medical attention, so initially it was mentioned that a minor under 17 years of age had been injured, a version that could not be confirmed.

The motive for the events occurred when hitmen shot at a white Volkswagen Tiguan truck, in which the singer’s father was traveling, who fortunately did not have injuries that would end his existence.

The event occurred at 5:45 p.m., last Tuesday, March 19, on the corner of Macario Gaxiola Avenue and Pablo Macías Valenzuela Street, in front of the sports area of ​​the Ferrocarrilera neighborhood, where the chase began, which culminated in the corner of Benjamín Hill Avenue and Pablo Macías Valenzuela Street, in the Barrancos sector.

Paramedics from the Mexican Red Cross were present in the area, but upon arrival they did not find the victim, as he had been taken to a hospital aboard a private car.

It is worth mentioning that elements of the Army, Municipal Police and Transit were also present, who mounted an operation in the area, without being able to locate any of the aggressors.

Regarding the truck, it is known that it was hit with multiple gunshot wounds to the bodywork and windows, this on the Benjamín Hill median, in the aforementioned sector of the capital of Sinaloa.

Samuel Ibarra Aispuro, better known as Padrinito Toys, is a 17-year-old singer and influencer, born in the United States, but currently resides in the city of Culiacán.

The son of the victim of the attack rose to fame thanks to different musical hits, which went viral, in addition to having a close relationship with the controversial influencer, Markitos Toys, hence his stage name.
