South Africans hoping for a windfall have a combined R600,000 in jackpot prizes to play for tonight, with draws for both the Daily Lotto and Daily Lotto Plus scheduled shortly after 8:30pm.
The Daily Lotto is offering a jackpot of R450,000, while the Daily Lotto Plus jackpot stands at R150,000, according to results published by The Citizen. Winning numbers will be available shortly after the draw, typically within ten minutes, and can be found on The Citizen’s website.
Today’s Daily Lotto numbers are 08, 10, 25, 33, and 35. The Daily Lotto Plus winning numbers are 07, 12, 14, 23, and 25.
Players can purchase tickets at any lottery retailer, completing a betslip and selecting five numbers between 1 and 36, or opting for a ‘Quick Pick’ for randomly generated numbers. Entries cost R3 each, with a maximum spend of R150 per board. Players can too choose to enter multiple consecutive draws, up to a maximum of ten.
Alternatively, tickets can be purchased online through a lottery account, allowing players to select numbers or use the ‘Quick Pick’ option and choose the number of draws to enter.
The National Lottery guarantees that the Daily Lotto jackpot will be awarded, even if no player matches all five numbers. In such cases, the prize money is distributed among those who correctly match two or more numbers.
