Linz – The Swedish kitchen company Ballingslöv International is taking over Dan-Küchen from Upper Austria, subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities. The previous family business will remain as an independent company, the production sites in Upper Austria will remain and will even be expanded in the future, it was announced in a press release on Thursday. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
