The activities of the lecture on mental health were delivered at the center by Dr. Muhammad Al-Muddathir, who dealt in the first axis with the definition of mental health, which is the individual’s access to a state of psychological stability that enables him to live in psychological well-being and enables him to face the pressures of life. Then, in the second axis, he dealt with the importance of mental health that enables The individual is able to control his emotions and desires and direct them in the right way, and then at the end he deals with the role of mental health in opening up the person to the horizons of himself, and allowing him to understand himself, open up to society and understand others.

In the same context, the General Authority for Culture Palaces, headed by director Hisham Atwa, presented many cultural, literary and artistic activities in the Luxor Culture Branch, through the cultural region of South Upper Egypt, headed by Imad Fathy, where the Dabaya Cultural Library held a lecture entitled “The State’s Program in Changing the Life of the Egyptian Citizen to a Decent Life.” Library official Sayed Sedky explained the definition of a decent life program and the effective role of the state in a decent life program for the Egyptian citizen.

The Luxor Culture Palace prepared a poetry evening for the poet Muhammad Gad al-Mawla, a poem entitled “Need Me When We Separate”, and a poetry evening for the poet Yahya Samir, a poem entitled “A Wood Frame”. The Hajir Al-Adaysat Culture Palace also prepared a poetry evening for the poet Walid Al-Dawy. He recited a poem entitled “The Fall”.
