Well-known New York artist Daniel Arsham, who is launching a new solo exhibition “20 Ans” at the Perrotin Museum of Art, today officially announced the release of his limited edition sculpture “R2-D2™: FUTURE ARTIFACT”, which he jointly created with “Star Wars”.
“R2-D2™: FUTURE ARTIFACT” has the appearance of the famous character R2-D2™ in the movie “Star Wars”. It is a sculpture created by Daniel Arsham for the solo exhibition “20 Ans” at the Perrotin Museum in New York. This work is made of white cast resin, has a height of 30.48 cm and a weight of 4.8 kg. Each “R2-D2™: FUTURE ARTIFACT” comes with Arsham studio die-cut foam, airtight packaging, custom gloves and a serial number tag to verify authenticity.
