According to lawyer Félix Portes, who defended him in another court case he faced in La Vega for allegedly hitting some men, the complaint against him was filed by Yailin la Más Viral’s mother, alleging that he hit them both.
The prosecutor Ana Andrea Villa Camachoholder of the National Directorate Against Gender Violence of the Public Ministry, executed against the accused the judicial arrest warrant number 0273-2023, issued by the Judge Kenya Romeroof the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of the National District, for allegedly being involved in acts of violation of Law 24-97 about Gender and Domestic Violence.
The judicial authorization was produced at the request of the National Directorate of Gender Violence of the Public Ministry.
They will ask for coercive measures
The information was offered through a press release, which indicates that the Public Ministry will be depositing in the aforementioned court the request for coercive measures contra Daniel Hernandez in the early hours of this Thursday.
The accused is detained in the Care Center and Provisional Deprivation of Liberty (Caplip) of New City Courthouseof the National District.
