There are few gaming communities as devoted to their favorite titles as FromSoftware fans. This has led to a multitude of homages to Dark Souls, Bloodborne, and Sekiro games over the years, including some seriously impressive mods. Dark Souls Archthrones is one of those mods, and essentially acts as a prequel DLC the Dark Souls III.
Recently, the team behind Dark Souls Archthrones has let us take a look at the gameplay of the mod, which looks almost like an official expansion. In the trailer, we not only see some of the Archthrones zones, but also the enemies that populate the world.
The team behind the mod have borrowed other enemies from Bloodborne and Sekiro to help give Archthrones a unique atmosphere and combat experience, rather than just being more Dark Souls III.
