These are important moments that are experienced within the Guatemala National Team led by coach Marvin Cabrera since in the next few hours it will begin its participation in the Concacaf Under 20 Qualifier, the first step it must face. with a view to the 2025 World Cup in Chile.
This qualifying tournament will take place from February 23 to March 2 in Guatemala City and The Bicolor youth team will play its four games at the Doroteo Guamuch Flores stadium.
It should be noted that the qualifier is part of the first elimination phase towards the 2025 World Cup, since at the same time it is taking place in the country, five other groups will also play matches in other parts of the region.
For the competition format, it was determined that only the leader of each group will advance to the final phase of the Concacaf World Cup where it will unite the best-ranked countries in the ranking, which are the United States, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. .
Rivals and schedule of Guatemala
