Many junior Reds have made it into the first team this season, including Anthony Elanga, Alejandro Garnacho and Hannibal. As they make the leap, these young people turn to the more experienced members of the group for guidance.
De Gea, who now has 11 years at Old Trafford, is among the veterans trying to help the newcomers adapt to first-team life.
“As an experienced player in the team, [j’essaie] to give advice to young players,” the Spaniard said during his episode of the TeamViewer Diaries video series.
“I give 100% every day in training. [et] in matches, to try to be an example for everyone”.
