Tulln – A dead wolf was discovered in the Danube near Tulln. The deceased animal obviously had a gunshot wound, confirmed police spokesman Johann Baumschlager on Wednesday at the request of APA in a report by ORF Lower Austria. It is assumed that the four-legged friend was killed and disposed of in the river. An unknown person is being investigated for intentional damage to the animal or plant population.
