Mario Escobar, father of the young woman Debanhi Escobaraffirmed this Monday that the autopsy he ordered to be done on his daughter’s body has many differences with the one carried out by the Attorney General’s Office of Nuevo León, in Mexico, which could point to the fact that she did not die from an accident.
This Monday. the dad of Debanhi went to the Office of the Special Prosecutor for Femicides and Crimes against Women in the company of his lawyers and his wife, to deliver the opinion that he ordered to be made and to be compared with the results that the necropsy conducted by the state medical examiner.

“The prosecution is going to analyze it, I with my team of lawyers and specialized people have already analyzed it and punctually they must somehow determine, in my very vain opinion, determine that it was not an accident, that it did not fall there alone, you have to prove before the public ministry, before a judge”he said when interviewed outside the Prosecutor’s Office.
“Yes, there are differences, from the tennis shoes that were not on or tight on my daughter’s feet, and well, I do say that there we found a very specific difference that somehow has to be analyzed, checked and verified why they were not on.”
He explained that at the time the Prosecutor’s Office must call the private expert who performed the second autopsy of the body of Debanhi and also add to the investigation folder the observations of the personnel of the National Search Commission that was present during the highway carried out by the state forensic doctor.

“Femicide. Yes, definitely. That will be determined by the competent judge or the prosecution in its investigations, “ he added.
He announced that in the study he ordered to be done in a particular way, toxicological tests and possible sexual abuse were carried out.

His body was found Thursday night inside the cistern of the Motel Nueva Castilla on the same highway in the suburbs of Monterrey where he was seen.
