Decree “On granting a deferment from conscription for military service for mobilization”

Text of the Decree:

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 18 of the Federal Law of February 26, 1997 No. 31-FZ “On mobilization training and mobilization in the Russian Federation” I decide:

1. Establish that a deferment from conscription for military service for mobilization is granted to students studying full-time and part-time forms of education in state-accredited educational programs of secondary vocational and higher education in state educational organizations, in scientific organizations and receiving education of the appropriate level for the first time .

2. This Decree comes into force from the date of its signing and applies to legal relations that arose from September 21, 2022.
