Delicious and easy apple juice. Learn how to prepare it now. Eating it regularly has many benefits.
Apple juice ingredients:
2 apples of medium size.
2 cups of liquid milk.
White sugar as desired.
How to make apple juice:
Peel the apple and cut it into medium-sized squares.
Put the apple cubes in an electric mixer.
Add the sugar and milk to the diced apples.
Mix the ingredients well for five minutes to homogenize together. Ice cubes are placed on the mixture to make it cold.
The juice can be placed in the refrigerator.
