French luxury brand Balmain had about 50 pieces of clothing stolen ahead of the women’s fashion show in Paris, France.
Olivier Rousteing, Balmain’s chief designer, said on Instagram on the 17th (local time), “About 50 Balmain clothes were stolen ahead of the final fitting before the fashion show,” and “the delivery vehicle was hijacked.”
Balmain was scheduled to present these clothes in Paris, France on the 27th. According to Rousteing, the clothes were being delivered from the airport to Balmain’s headquarters in Paris.
