WASHINGTON DC – A few months before the US congressional elections, one of President Joe Biden’s core projects is once once more in jeopardy. Senator Joe Manchin, who like Biden is a member of the Democrats, wants to go consistent media reports failing to support an important investment package if it includes new spending to fight climate change or tax hikes for the wealthy and businesses.
