Didier Deschamps will continue to work with France national team.
The French Football Federation announced the signing of a new contract with the coach. Now the agreement is calculated until June 2026.
Deschamps took charge of the French national team in 2012. Under his leadership, the team won World Cup 2018 and the League of Nations-2021, and also reached the final Euro-2016 and World Cup 2022.
Under Deschamps, the French national team played 139 matches in which they scored 89 victories and suffered 22 defeats.
