Designer Camille Charland Perez launches plans to build homes for a ‘west coast’ lifestyle

Building a house is a dream cherished by many. If you’re shopping around for architectural plans to find a style that suits you, Oregon homes might charm you.

Thought out by designer Camille Charland Perez and her partner (and lover) Jeffrey Labris, the plans for the houses of the Oregon Homes company advocate a simplified lifestyle inspired by the West Coast.

We therefore find clean and warm living areas, noble materials and a fluid and impeccable design.

Launched in March 2023, Oregon currently offers 5 home plans that may suit different buyers. The company, however, promises to unveil plans for auxiliary buildings such as studios, mini-offices, intergenerational homes and more eventually.

Each model is offered in limited quantities. Which means that your house will be an exclusive (or almost).

Good to know

If you are interested in building your own home, there are several options available to you with Oregon. First, you can buy the plan of your house and choose the finish and materials yourself or use the exclusive concept of the “design box”. The latter is in fact a box of samples pre-selected by Camille to help you make the right choices according to your house plan. Each “design box” contains a choice of flooring, cabinets, countertops, ceramics that perfectly match the type of house you are building. The choice of furniture and accessories was made always having in mind a sustainable and ecological aspect.

The architectural plans of the houses are sold between $6100 and $6600, otherwise the plan + the “design box” are between $10,600 or $11,100 depending on your choice of property.
