Al-Marsad newspaper: The Makkah Al-Mukarramah Health Authority refused to implement a court ruling, obligating it to spend 35,903 riyals in favor of an employee working for it, according to “Okaz”.
Fahd Al-Sufyani said that he won his case once morest the health of Makkah by obligating it to pay the amount; In return for his assignment to work to address the Corona pandemic, stressing that although the ruling acquired a final status in last Sha’ban of this year 1443 AH, the disbursement has not yet been completed.
He added that he had repeatedly reviewed the health and the ruling was not implemented, surprisingly, and calling on the officials to direct whomever is needed to implement the ruling.
