The devastation left by Hurricane Ian in southwest Florida can be seen in aerial images captured by the Telemundo 51 helicopter.
From the air you can see the destruction on the southwest coast near where Category 4 Hurricane Ian entered, packing 150 mph winds.
Destroyed houses with roofs blown off, buildings with broken windows, shattered roads and debris strewn along the shoreline can be seen. A completely destroyed dock is also seen.
Ian entered the state from the west, in a sector of Cayo Costa, near Fort Myers, causing damage in the area and in areas such as Naples, Sanibel and Captiva.
