Details of Hana Muhammad Khader’s health condition: “Her survival is like a miracle.”

The Director-General of Al-Salam Hospital in Tripoli and Head of the Surgery Department, Dr. Gabriel Al-Sabaa, explained to Al-Nahar that “regarding 10 days ago, Hana Muhammad Khader (21 years), who is married to the so-called (A.A.), was brought in for severe violence and suffered third-degree burns. And above in several parts of her body, and she was five months pregnant, but she miscarried as a result of violence,” adding that “Hanaa is currently undergoing the most important means of resuscitation and surgery, and her condition is very dangerous, and her survival is like a miracle.”

Al-Sabaa added, “We help her to survive with all possibilities, from resuscitation of the heart, lungs, kidneys, breathing and daily surgery, and we ask God to make her days easier.”

He pointed out that Hana “is present in the department of major burns at Al Salam Hospital, which is considered the most important and best for treating burns in the Middle East.”

It should be noted that, according to the information available to Al-Nahar, a verbal altercation between Hana and her husband preceded the violence and burning in an attempt to force her to abort their fetus under the pretext of financial hardship.

Hana is undergoing surgery as a result of the burns she sustained, while her father, Muhammad Khader, asked the kind-hearted people for help to cover the high costs of daily treatment.
